At KILAT, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In brand new condition

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, items that have been used in training or worn will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
KILAT covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only if the returned item meets all eligibility requirements and is in brand new condition.

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges apply to product value only and do not include any original shipping fees.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Sale Items
